School Tours Wastewater Plant

Council School District took the time to stop by the Weiser Wastewater Treatment Plant on October 24, 2019 to tour our upgraded Wastewater Treatment Plant. Lonnie Chambers and Matthew Townsend gave the students, teachers and parents a tour to help educate them on the importance of taking care of the environment, and what an unique role we play in helping to keep the waters of the state clean and re-useable. The students were great and had lots of good questions for our staff. We welcome anyone from the public to contact us if they are interested in taking a tour of our plant. We are always glad to make accommodations.
